Work

Six projects. Six different
kinds of problem.

Each of these is here to prove something different — diagnosis, delivery at scale, optimisation, judgement, advisory. Where a result cannot be attributed to my work, the page says so.

Business diagnosis · Digital infrastructure

EuroDataes

They asked for social media. The real problem was an office of empty desks and a website the business did not own. I fixed the ownership first, then built the asset — and it still brings people in without a content programme behind it.

Complex delivery · External marketing direction

InmoYael

A €2,300 website brief that grew into marketing direction: 40+ pages, 7 SEO hubs, a live CRM dependency, a staging-to-production migration and 82 client feedback points executed. The client ended the engagement dissatisfied, and the page says that too.

Diagnosis · Growth · Partnerships

Kissaten

A business sitting on a gold mine with no signage. Content, local discovery, community and two editions of its own barista competition — with sponsorship I built from scratch in the second year.

Optimisation inside an established business

Gentlecan

Eight years trading, ~80% retention, and almost invisible in search. I did not design their site — I restructured its content so people who had not heard of them could find it. Some things worked; follower growth did not.

Founder judgement · Consulting method

Femia

My own consultancy. The reason I understand a project from the buyer’s side of the table — and where the discovery process I use on every other engagement comes from.

Strategic advisory · No implementation control

Aleiram Fotografía

Someone else builds it. I decide what it needs to do. Three advisory sessions, still in progress, no results to quote yet — included because working usefully alongside a specialist you do not manage is most of this job.
