Privacy Policy
This site is run by one person. The short version: the only personal data I hold about you is what you choose to send me through the contact form, and I use it to reply to you.
Who is responsible
Diveana Rodriguez, independent digital consultant, Madrid, Spain. You can reach me at hello@diveanarodriguez.es about anything on this page.
What I collect
Only what the contact form asks for: your name and email address, and — if you choose to fill them in — your company, your website, what you are trying to achieve, what you need help with, a budget range and a timeline.
That is all. This site runs no analytics, no advertising tools, no social media pixels and no third-party tracking of any kind.
Why, and on what basis
To read your enquiry and answer it, and, if we go on to work together, to manage that engagement. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form, and afterwards the performance of our professional relationship.
How long I keep it
As long as I need it to answer you and, where we work together, for our professional relationship plus the periods Spanish tax and commercial law require. If an enquiry does not lead anywhere, I delete it.
Who else sees it
Nobody who does not need to. Form submissions arrive as email at hello@diveanarodriguez.es, which is hosted by Hostinger along with this website. I do not sell, rent or hand your data to third parties for their own purposes.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how I use it, move it elsewhere, or object to my using it at all. Write to hello@diveanarodriguez.es and I will deal with it.
If you are not satisfied with how I handle it, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top.
