I did not arrive here
in a straight line.
Petroleum engineering, operations, international leadership, project management, digital, entrepreneurship. It reads like a detour. It works like a toolkit.
I am a digital consultant and project manager based in Madrid. I work with businesses that have a digital idea and need someone to turn it into something that actually ships.
I work in English and Spanish, usually behind the scenes, and usually on the part of the project everyone else finds tedious: the coordination, the sequencing, the awkward conversation about scope.
Petroleum Engineering
Engineering is where I learned to think in systems, tolerances and consequences. You do not get to be optimistic about a plan that does not add up.
Operations
Operations is where I learned that a plan is a hypothesis until it meets people, budgets and Tuesday afternoons.
International Leadership
At AIESEC I held international leadership roles and learned to run things across countries, languages and volunteers — people you cannot instruct, only convince. It is still the most useful management training I have had.
Project Management
I built and led the commercial and marketing area at Medmesafe, a HealthTech startup, and later managed a team of Account Managers on the European Kit Digital programme — delivery at volume, with real deadlines and real accountability.
Digital
Strategy, web, ecommerce, SEO, content and CRM. Not as separate specialisms, but as the moving parts of the same machine. Most of my work now sits at the joins between them.
Entrepreneurship
I run my own consultancy and I am building Femia. Being on the other side of the table — the one who pays for the project and lives with the result — changed how I scope everything.
Business → People → Processes
→ Technology → Execution
Most people in digital are strong at one of these. The value is in being able to hold all five at once — and knowing which one is actually the blocker.
